Nübe Décor provides a one year limited warranty on all products (some exclusions apply)* along with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all new, unused products that are returned in their original packaging and are in resale-able condition. Shipping is free within the continental 48 United States and is non-refundable. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment minus return shipping cost.
In order to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team for an RMA number and return shipping address via email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must contact us for an RMA number within 7 days of receiving the product and the return must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item is a factory defect or was damaged during shipping. When contacting Nübe Décor for an RMA number, please make sure to include the following information in your email:
- Your name
- Order number
- Your address and phone number
- Item number(s), description and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos are required only in case of factory defect or shipping damage
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage right away. If you notice any visible damages, please take photographs of the damage and send us an email the same day of delivery. You must include the photos in your email to Nübe Décor requesting an RMA number and need to specify the reason for the return is shipping damage. In this case, we will send you a return shipping label at no extra cost to you. Please remember to notify us the same day your damaged order was delivered so that we can submit a claim with FedEx.
We stand 100% behind all our products and offer a one year limited warranty for factory defects on all shag rugs and pillows. If your shag product sheds, we will send you a return shipping label and replace it for the same or comparable item as soon as we receive the damaged one back at our warehouse. In this case, you would follow the same return procedure as above by contacting our Customer Service team for an RMA number. You will also be asked to provide photos of the damage.
The following terms and conditions void the manufacturer warranty for rugs sold by Nube Decor:
- Rugs vacuumed with a brush roller.
- Rugs that have not been cleaned or dried according to the manufacturers instructions including but not limited to the use of a dryer.
