        Nübe Decor uses the latest in online shipping technology and guarantees fast, easy and secure credit card transactions. We accept all major credit cards.  We offer free shipping on all items within the 48 Continental United States.  For orders outside of the 48 Continental United States, please contact our Customer Service Team for a shipping quote.

        In order to ensure fast and safe delivery of every order, we use FedEx Ground shipping services to ship smaller items, on all orders. We ship daily Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays.  If your order is received by 3 pm EST, it will be shipped the same day.  Orders received after 3 pm EST, will ship the next business day. 

        We also offer expedited shipping services upon request for an additional fee.  Please contact us for a quote if you require expedited shipping for your order. 

        FURNITURE DELIVERY POLICY

        1. Delivery hours are 8am-6pm Monday through Friday. Any special requests made outside of our standard delivery hours may incur additional expenses.
        2. An adult must be present to accept and sign for delivery of new furniture.
        3. Our deliveries are fully insured from the warehouse to your door.
        4. All items must be inspected for damage upon arrival. All damage must be recorded on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
        5. Delivery insurance only covers issues indicated on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Nübe Decor, nor the shipping carrier, shall be held liable for any issues that are not noted appropriately.
        6. Unless advised otherwise by Nübe Decor, all things on the order must be accepted and signed for to settle any issues, including damage, defects, missing, or incorrect items. Nübe Decor will fix the issue by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as justified, in its discretion.
        7. Photograph any visible damage as proof.
        8. Cover and protect your floors and walls before delivery, as Nübe Decor and the carrier are not responsible for any damage to your personal property.
        9. Missed delivery appointments may incur a delivery attempt fee of $0.75* per pound.
        10. To prevent rescheduling fees, please tell us at least two days before the scheduled delivery date.
        11. Prior to delivery, please clear the area. Our delivery team cannot remove old furniture.
        12. For items held in our warehouse for more than 30 days, a monthly storage fee of $50 per piece will apply. It's crucial to understand that some products, like mattresses or dining tables, are made up of numerous pieces. For example, a bed may have multiple components. If you notice any damage, please notify our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery.

        We make an effort to be completely assured of all product colors, dimensions, and measurements by working closely with our vendors.  Nevertheless, the manufacturer has the right to alter the specifications at any time and without prior warning, so the information on our website may not represent the latest changes.  Certain goods may appear differently in pictures than they do in person in terms of color.  There are several reasons why this may happen, such as the lighting in a photo shoot or the display on your monitor.  We make every attempt to accurately display our items and will continue to do so.  Any inquiries about color, measurements, or specs must be addressed before placing your order.  If not properly addressed, Nübe Decor will not be held liable.  If you are unsure about something or have any questions, please contact one of our specialists for assistance.  Do not hesitate to call us!  We are here to assist you at every stage of the process.

        Return Policy

         The Nübe Decor team is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. In order to ensure a great shopping experience, we offer the following:

        Nübe Décor provides MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all our products. All returns must be received back at our warehouse in their original packaging and in brand new resalable condition.  Shipping is free within the continental 48 United States and is non-refundable for all other locations. 

        In order to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team for an RMA number and return shipping address via email info@nubedecor.com.  You must contact us for an RMA number within 7 days of receiving the product and the return must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item is a factory defect or was damaged during shipping.  When contacting Nübe Décor for an RMA number, please make sure to include the following information in your email:

        • Your name
        • Order number
        • Your address and phone number
        • Item number(s), description and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return
        • Reason for the return
        • Photos are required only in case of factory defect or shipping damage

        Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage right away.  If you notice any visible damages, please take photographs of the damage and send us an email the same day of delivery.  You must include the photos in your email to Nübe Décor requesting an RMA number and need to specify the reason for the return is shipping damage.  In this case, we will send you a return shipping label at no extra cost to you.  Please remember to notify us the same day your damaged order was delivered so that we can submit a claim with FedEx. 

         CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND

        1. The merchandise needs to be new and unused.
        2. Products have to be returned in the original packaging and include all original accessories.
        3. Items cannot be assembled or modified in any manner.
        4. A return authorization number that Nube Decor provides must be included with the items.

        FURNITURE RETURNS - FEES AND DEDUCTIONS

        A 15% restocking fee and any relevant return shipping costs are applied to all returns and exchanges. Your refund will be less an estimated $2.25 per pound for return shipping if:

        1. You select to have your return picked up by Nube Decor from your home or delivery address.
        2. You decline delivery for any reason without getting Nube Decor's consent.
        3. You decline a full shipment because a part of an item is damaged.
        4. The order could not be delivered because the delivery address you gave was invalid.
        5. You decide to cancel your order, but the cancellation window has passed.
        6. If an item cannot go through your door or does not fit in your home.

        If your return is a part of the order that included package discount, this package discount will be voided.  You will receive a credit less the amount of package discount.
        If the item you return included accessories and the accessories or any parts of accessories that came with the original packaging are missing, there will be a fee deducted from your refund.
        * There may be additional charges for deliveries to remote locations.

        ITEM THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED.

        1. Items with the labels "Special Order" or "Final Sale"
        2. Already assembled items (unless Nube Decor grants an explicit exception)

        A RETURN OR EXCHANGE MAY BE INITIATED ONLINE or BY PHONE.

        How to Prevent a Return

        1. Please confirm that the item you are ordering will fit through your door and in the designated space before placing your order. If not, the delivery service might have to place the item in a garage, on a porch, or directly outside your door.
        2. You shouldn't be concerned if your item arrives with minor or cosmetic shipping damage. In order to avoid you from having to return the product, we can try to replace any parts that are damaged.

         

        Cancellation Policy

        Orders are processed as soon as they are received, thus in order to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, orders can only be canceled for free within 24 hours of submission.

        1. Order cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to a return shipping fee that is approximately $2.25 per pound.
        2. Should you decide to cancel, refund, or exchange only a portion of an order that was eligible for a package discount, the whole amount of the discount will be deducted from your credit, and you will lose your package discount.
        3. If you prefer to wait for backordered products to become available, we will pay the manufacturer to reserve the product for you and prevent others from purchasing it.  In this case, the order will be deemed a "special order" and as such, cannot be canceled.
        Please contact us to cancel an order. An email confirming the cancellation will be issued as soon as your order is canceled and its status changes to cancelled. As verification that you have canceled your order, kindly retain this email. Your order was not canceled if you did not receive a cancellation confirmation email or if it does not indicate that it has been canceled on your customer portal.
